I am grateful to State Property agency for the assistance in finding a decent property in Turkey - a two-level apartment in Alanya was selected for us with a magnificent view on the mountains and nature. We were pleased with the prompt and comfortable closing of the deal (all our wishes were taken into account, the Mediterranean sea is, indeed, less than a kilometer away from our apartment complex, there is also outside parking and a swimming pool).
There was not a single incident during the deal, manager Olga professionally led us through all the stages (special thanks to her integrity and open-mindedness). It's been a month since we moved in here, and we are happy with everything!

The best and the most honest company. Managers are polite, active, funny, and professionals in their field. Most importantly, the prices are reasonable! I bought an apartment during their seminar.

On October 22, 2021 my friend and I turned to the real estate agency Stay Property, we were met in the Moscow office by manager Ekaterina. She gave us a detailed consultation about the real estate in Turkey (Alanya), told us about the developers, the terms of purchase and payment, sales deal terms, about further rent of the property, technical equipment of the apartments, adjacent territories, and etc.
She showed all the property on the online-map. The consultation was incredible! We loved it all! We've chosen two apartments, signed two contracts for property booking, and paid 100 euros per each booking.
But after some days my friend and I had some doubts as the total amount in the sales agreement was indicated in euro. We did not have the opportunity to borrow all the necessary equivalent amount through a loan from Russian banks, and to sign a contract for euro we were afraid as the currency is going down and inflation is increasing, with our salaries paid in rubles. Today, euro is 85 rubles, and a few months later it could be 100 rubles.
We contacted the manager and let her know that we needed to decline the offer at this time.
Stay Property agency returned us the 100 euros that we had paid for the booking of the apartments. This tells a lot about the decency of the agency, as most agencies do not pay back the booking fee in case one refuses to buy.
Impressions about the agency are most positive! We express our gratitude to manager Ekaterina and hope for collaboration in the future!"
