Office manager

To ensure the efficient operation of the office and manage office processes, we are looking for an office manager in the main office in Alanya.

Main responsibilities:
- Management of administrative processes: organization of documents acceptance, work with internal documentation; ensuring the availability of machinery and equipment for work, maintaining its performance;
- Meeting and greeting visitors, receiving and forwarding calls, working with incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Organization of corporate events.

Required skills:
- knowledge in the field of office management and communications;
- ability to organize the workflow and use resources efficiently;
- Experience in an office environment;
- skill to work in team;
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients;
- good organizational skills, attention to detail;
- high level of proficiency in Russian and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be assessed as an advantage.

Architect-designer

There is an opening for an Architect-Designer at the Stay Property architectural bureau. The architect-designer will participate in the development of projects and control the design work processes: the release of as-built documentation and sketches for display to the customer.

Responsibilities:
Development and creation of drawings
Preparation of working documents
Creation of 3D visualizations
Creation of specifications and statements

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop programs
Knowledge of current trends in architecture and design
Knowledge of leading furniture, lighting and decor companies
Higher education in architecture or design
Proficiency in 2 of the following languages: Russian, English, Turkish.

- Communication with customers, their attraction, retention and increase in sales;
- Establishing contact with customers, providing information about a product or service, answering questions, selecting the necessary options, providing advice;
- Management of the sales process from start to finish (from preparing an offer to concluding a contract and then handing over the keys to customers);
- Client database management, sales analysis and reporting

Candidate requirement:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
- The ability to find a way out of difficult situations and resolve possible conflicts;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (level not less than B2) languages (knowledge of other foreign languages will be assessed as an advantage).
