Stay Property introduces a large-scale project of reconstruction of ancient shipyard based in the historical center of Istanbul, on the shore of Golden Horn. This project is described as new cultural center of Istanbul. There are several modern museums located at the large Museum Square: Sadberk Hanım Museum established by the Vehbi Koç Foundation and Women's Museum.
A lot of brand boutiques will be gathered at Luxury Plaza, as well as in covered shopping mall with underground floors. Innovative buildings of shops will be integrated into the industrial design of old foundry.
The project will include 5 hotels with luxurious rooms, five-star service, and all the essential infrastructure. It is planned to construct about 1100 apartments, including famous international chains as Rixos, Oriente Express, and Stone.
One of the most remarkable building within the block is Valide Cluster. Former shipbuilding berth has become a colossal coastline complex with iron roof and transparent frameworks serving as external walls. Restaurants of Turkish, Panasian, French and Italian cuisines will be offered there.
Promenade area is designed taking into consideration the utmost comfort of its residents and visitors. It includes viewing decks, light installations, street furniture, hammocks, family entertainment areas, skateboarding zones, and etc. There will be special equipped zones for concerts, performances, and festivals. There is also a mooring for yachts and other waterborne transport.
