Overall, it is a developed district with its own extensive infrastructure, although a large portion of the current housing consists of traditional Turkish homes. The local population is mainly employed in the tourism sector, with many beachfront hotels in the area. Facilities include primary and secondary schools, a high school, a hospital, a clinic, a dental office, supermarkets, gas stations, ATMs, and pharmacies. In the neighboring town of Konakli, there is a municipal beachfront forest park equipped with barbecue areas.
Payallar will soon feature a new 4 km promenade with recreation zones, parks, a bicycle lane, and a children's playground. A modern hospital is also under construction on a 13.4-hectare plot. The district is located 10 km from the center of Alanya and 100 km from Antalya Airport.
The initial down payment is 30%, with the remaining balance paid in interest-free installments until the completion of construction.
