UAE launches unified platform with 121 digital services to reduce bureaucracy
The United Arab Emirates has introduced an upgraded government platform that brings together 121 digital services. Developed by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the initiative aims to simplify interactions with public services as part of a broader effort to reduce bureaucracy.
The new portal is powered by artificial intelligence and real-time data processing. It monitors service performance and analyzes all user interactions, enabling faster responses and continuous improvement of service quality.
This initiative is part of a wider strategy to build an integrated customer service system aligned with international standards, including the Global Star Rating System for Services. The goal is to make public services more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly.
Officials emphasize that a customer-centric approach remains a top priority. The digital transformation focuses on reducing unnecessary procedures and enhancing the overall user experience.
Integrated service system
Leila Al Bloushi, Director of Strategy and Future at the Ministry, noted that the global rating system provides a clear framework for improving service quality across all channels.
She added that the Ministry has integrated its call center, website, and smart application into a single ecosystem, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
The call center plays a key role, using intelligent communication tools and a unified knowledge base based on a “single source of truth,” ensuring accurate and consistent information across all channels.
