The Eastern Ring Road of Alanya Nears Completion

The construction of the Alanya Eastern Ring Road (Alanya Doğu Çevre Yolu) is nearing its final stage. This is one of the most anticipated infrastructure projects in Alanya. The road will significantly relieve traffic in the city center and ensure convenient travel between the eastern and western parts of the region.

Construction has entered the final phase, and traffic is expected to open in December 2025. Mehmet Sharani Tavlı, head of the District Office of the Justice and Development Party, emphasized the strategic importance of the project for Alanya and announced that the Demirtaş interchange will be put into operation simultaneously with the opening of the road.

The project includes the construction of a modern 18-kilometer highway running along the eastern part of Alanya, redirecting transit traffic away from residential areas. This is especially important during the summer tourist season, when traffic congestion in Alanya reaches its peak.
