The events will begin at 12:00 with the opening of the producers’ market in the outer foyer of the cultural center. The fair will be open to visitors for three days and will highlight women’s work and solidarity.

Participants of handicraft courses organized by the municipality together with the district public education center will present their stands, along with participants of the Christmas Market and the Tourism Festival. Members of the art committee of the “New Alanyans” platform and producers from districts represented by three female mukhtars will also take part.

Information stands from the municipal Family and Women’s Policies Center, as well as district departments of the police, healthcare, gendarmerie, and social services, will also be present. Public organizations joining the event include Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği, Alanya Kadınları Yardımlaşma Derneği, and Türkiye Yardım Sevenler Derneği.

The official part of the program will begin at 14:00 in Hall A of the cultural center. After welcoming speeches, guests will meet TV presenter Aslı Şafak, who will hold a talk titled “Bir Kadın Büyütmek” (“Raising a Woman”) at 14:30.

At 15:30, participants will visit the producers’ fair. At 15:45, the opening of the photo exhibition “The Women’s Face of the Municipality – Invisible Heroes” will take place. The exhibition features female municipal employees working in different departments and will remain open to visitors for one week.

The municipality has also announced the launch of a free swimming course for women. The initiative is implemented in cooperation with the Family and Women’s Support Center and aims to help women in the city gain basic swimming skills and overcome their fear of water.

Women aged 18 and over who cannot swim or want to feel more confident in the water can take part in the program.

Applications can be submitted on the official municipal website. The number of places is limited, and after registration closes and the participant list is finalized, organizers will announce the course dates and schedule.
