Fire in Alanya Quickly Extinguished

On September 19, a fire broke out in the districts of İspatlı, İshaklı, Kargıcak, and Kocaoğlanlı (Alanya), starting in the Aliefendi district around 22:00. Due to strong winds, the flames spread rapidly, but thanks to the coordinated efforts of emergency services, the situation was quickly brought under control.

Two airplanes, eight helicopters, 30 water tankers, and 190 personnel were involved in the firefighting operation. Electricity was temporarily cut off in some neighborhoods for safety reasons.

According to official reports, there were no casualties. Some greenhouses and gardens were damaged, but residential areas were not at risk.

Thanks to the joint efforts of firefighters and rescue teams, the fire was localized and fully extinguished in a short time.
