A new retail and entertainment destination — South Bay Mall — will soon open in the Dubai South residential district. According to Dubai South Properties, this will be the first major retail and lifestyle project within the community. It will span around 200,000 sq ft (18,800 sq m) across three levels, featuring rooftop terraces, lagoon views, and open-air walkways.
Inside, the mall will offer 60 retail units, two anchor stores, a premium food hall, and a leisure and wellness space including a clubhouse, gym, spa, clinic, and parking for more than 400 cars.
South Bay Mall will become the core of a comfortable lifestyle for Dubai South residents — an ideal place for shopping, dining, leisure, and everyday living.
The wider South Bay development includes over 800 villas and townhouses, more than 200 luxury waterfront mansions, its own lagoon, promenades, parks, and beaches — forming a gated premium residential environment with advanced infrastructure.

This achievement also aligns with our mission to build a future-ready city capable of hosting one million residents once Al Maktoum International Airport is completed.”
