Autumn in Dubai is the season when iconic landmarks reopen after the summer break.
Global Village — one of the most anticipated openings. Visitors can explore 30 pavilions dedicated to different countries of the world. Walk through the streets of Japan, taste Turkish sweets, discover Indian jewelry and Arabic spices. Each pavilion is a miniature cultural hub with its own flavor, shows, and gastronomy. Opening date: October 15.
The Dubai Fountain — the city’s calling card near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. A major renovation took place all summer, and now guests will enjoy new lighting effects, upgraded illumination, and music. The fountain is considered the largest choreographed one in the world: jets soar over 150 meters high, synchronized with melodies that impress even seasoned viewers. New program starts on October 1.
Dubai Safari Park — an open-air encyclopedia. More than 3,000 animals from around the world live across six themed zones: Africa, Asia, Arabian Safari, Monkey Valley, and more. Guests can take a safari jeep ride, feed giraffes, and see white lions and pandas. The new season begins on October 14, with special focus on night safaris and interactive children’s programs.
Dubai Miracle Garden — the world’s largest flower park with over 150 million blossoms shaped into airplanes, castles, and cartoon characters. The atmosphere is perfect for strolls and romantic photo shoots. Every year designers create new installations, so even regular visitors discover something new. Opening expected in October, exact date TBA.
Other popular destinations include:
Hatta — a natural reserve in the Hajar Mountains, famous for viewpoints and serene lakes. A perfect spot for hiking, kayaking, and camping. Already open for visitors.
Mushrif Hub — a center for active lifestyle enthusiasts with a 50 km mountain biking trail suitable for both beginners and professionals. Routes run through dunes, forests, and hills, creating a sense of adventure just minutes from the city.
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo — one of the world’s most impressive aquariums, located in Dubai Mall. It houses more than 33,000 marine animals and 140+ species, including sharks and rays, under a massive 10-million-liter tank. A highlight is the 48-meter glass tunnel with a 270° view, immersing visitors in an ocean world. Above the aquarium is the Underwater Zoo with zones like “Rainforest,” “Rocky Shore,” and “Living Ocean.”
Dubai Butterfly Garden — for those who love nature and bright colors. In autumn, when the weather is milder, the butterfly garden looks especially magical. The covered pavilions (2,600 m²) are kept at a pleasant 24 °C, housing 15,000 butterflies from around 50 species. Ponds with koi fish, a small museum, and educational zones make it a family-friendly attraction.
JBR Beach — one of Dubai’s most popular and atmospheric beaches. Autumn is perfect for walks, swimming, and seaside dinners. Skyscrapers frame the beach, with views of the giant Ferris wheel — the true Dubai vibe!
Dubai Frame — a symbol of the city, this giant 150-meter frame offers panoramic views of old and new Dubai. Its scale and beauty are breathtaking.
The main attraction of Dubai is its real estate! It’s still cheaper than in other global cities like New York and London. Modern complexes come with pools, gyms, and recreation areas. Studio apartment prices in Dubai start at $150,000. Developers offer installment plans and flexible payment schedules.
