Alanya is the international hub of beach sports! Fr om November 3 to 16, 2025, the Alanya International Beach Sports Center will host a vibrant sports event — Alanya Beach Volleyball Days. The goal of the project is to promote mass sports, encourage residents to stay active, and foster a healthy lifestyle.
The event is organized by the Alanya Municipality. During these days, the center’s courts will be open to everyone from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to play beach volleyball, choose courts according to their skill level, and gain new experience under the guidance of professional coaches. Admission to all events is free.
Community Tournament — the highlight of the sports festival
The main event will be the Community Tournament, held on November 15–16. Teams formed during the Beach Volleyball Days will compete for the championship title. The tournament will bring together both beginners and experienced players, creating an atmosphere of sports enthusiasm and friendly rivalry. Competitions will be organized by age and skill level, ensuring that everyone can play at their own pace.
Participation rule: “First come — first play”
Matches will be held in 2x2 format for experienced players and 3x3 or 4x4 for beginners. Winners will remain on the court for the next match, while other teams will rotate in turn. Registration opens one hour before each session. No more than ten people are allowed on one court at the same time.
Free training sessions for everyone
From November 3 to 14, free training sessions will be held under the guidance of experts — Oguz Degirmenci, the author of Türkiye’s first book on beach volleyball “Beach Volleyball in All Its Aspects”, and Dundar Yildirim, coach at Boardee Sports. Sessions will take place on the central courts from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. To participate, prior registration is required, and attendees should arrive 30 minutes before the start.
The Alanya International Beach Sports Center is one of the world’s largest beach sports complexes. Its courts meet international standards and regularly host prestigious tournaments. This year, the center once again opens its doors to everyone who wants not only to watch the game but to become part of the sporting movement.
