Alanya Hosted the 2025 Turkish NAVEK Table Tennis Championship for Institutions

Fr om July 5 to 7, 2025, the NAVEK Inter-Institutional and Organizational Table Tennis Championship took place at Atatürk Sports Hall in Alanya. This event became one of the largest in its category, bringing together 98 teams from 41 provinces, including 77 men's and 21 women's teams, with more than 340 athletes in total.

The opening ceremony and draw were held on July 4, attended by municipal officials, sports authorities, and representatives of the Turkish Table Tennis Federation. In their speeches, officials emphasized that hosting such tournaments strengthens Alanya’s position as the Sports Capital of the Mediterranean.

Over three days, players competed in intense matches, showcasing a high level of skill and competitive spirit. The finals and award ceremony took place on July 7, with the winners receiving trophies, medals, and commemorative gifts from the organizers.

The event attracted significant public attention and was praised for its organization. It further reinforced Alanya’s image as a dynamic city that successfully combines sports, tourism, and urban development.

Organizers extended their thanks to the Turkish Table Tennis Federation, the Alanya District Sports Directorate, and everyone who contributed to the championship's success.
