A New Five-Star Hotel Worth 2.5 Billion Lira to Be Built in Alanya

A large-scale redevelopment of a tourist area is set to begin in the central part of Alanya, in the Oba district. A new five-star hotel complex will be constructed on the site of the villas belonging to Green Garden Resort & SPA.

The total investment volume of the project amounts to 2.57 billion Turkish lira. The hotel will feature 249 rooms and will be able to accommodate up to 498 guests at the same time. The project is expected to create around 300 new jobs. The developer is Sadullahoğlu Turizm.

For a long time, the center of Alanya has lacked a large hotel of this level. The construction of a modern five-star complex is expected to strengthen the city’s position as a year-round resort and attract an additional flow of tourists.

The project is expected to significantly transform the appearance of the Oba district and become an important factor in the further development of the tourist and investment appeal of central Alanya.
