Residential Complex manager

Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring the condition of the complex and the functioning of all infrastructure amenities.
- Repair of water supply, heating, and gas supply systems in case of accidents.
- Management of personnel involved in the maintenance of the complex.
- Collection of funds and payment of bills for the maintenance of the house.
- Provision of reports to the Management Company

Candidate requirement:
- ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
- ability to find a way out of difficult situations and resolve possible conflicts;
- excellent knowledge of Russian, English, and Turkish (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage);
- having a driver’s license will be a plus.

Required skills:

Architect-designer

There is an opening for an Architect-Designer at the Stay Property architectural bureau. The architect-designer will participate in the development of projects and control the design work processes: the release of as-built documentation and sketches for display to the customer.

Responsibilities:
Development and creation of drawings
Preparation of working documents
Creation of 3D visualizations
Creation of specifications and statements

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop programs
Knowledge of current trends in architecture and design
Knowledge of leading furniture, lighting and decor companies
Higher education in architecture or design
Proficiency in 2 of the following languages: Russian, English, Turkish.
